Over a decade later his vision is a reality and his track record of building trust and wealth for his clients speaks for itself.

“What can I do to improve your quality of life?”.  This isn’t just a question, it's Michael’s personal Mission Statement, and one that resonates across Staines Financial where the client is more than a voice on the other end of the line, and their needs can be just as personal as they are financial. Michael firmly believes that focusing on the clients as individuals is key to building trust, confidence, and meaningful relationships that help drive success in their financial lives and improve quality of life.

Michael has a long history of success creating these "win-win" scenarios and a reputation for delivering transparent, high quality client experiences that span his breadth of clients, both individual and corporate. Michael’s passion for his clients has allowed him to deliver on his vision and help many of his clients turn their financial goals into actionable plans positioned to deliver success and peace of mind. 

Michael's passion for people, building relationships, and focusing on quality of life doesn't' just extend from, but rather is born from his passion for his family.  Michael is a master at finding synergies and doesn't subscribe to the old adage of  "work life balance", as a balance implies a tradeoff.  He likes to think about it as a work life synergy and rest assured when he's not focusing on his Staines Financial family he's spending quality time with his wife and children, and their four legged family members in their home.  Michael and his family love to travel, go shopping and watch their beloved Yankees and Cowboys. They especially love weekends away to Arizona with family and friends.

With more than 25 years of small to large-scale engagement experience in achieving technical & financial goals, He is a people person who always prioritizes clients' needs. 

In addition, Mark is also responsible for spearheading strategic projects, identify automation opportunities, and introduces new tools for the office to utilize as best practices improving the end users experience when accessing information or completing paperwork from Staines Financial.

Lastly, he is the CCO which encompasses all auditing and compliance processes throughout the organization. His in-depth knowledge has allowed Staines Financial to operate successfully while enforcing operating guidelines and best practices.

Janice wants to live in a world with books that come bundled with dark chocolate and almonds, friends with positive attitudes, a good cup of coffee, and looking for wonderful historical vacation destinations.  While her quest continues, she has spent the last “few” years (more than she cares to mention) measuring her success buy the impressive collections filling her library, the balanced smell of a perfect brew in the morning, and the memories of laughs from well spent evenings gone by with friends.  Her greatest successes, and of which she is most proud of, is being mother to the most amazing of daughters and having an amazingly overflowing extended family to spend time with.

With a degree in business management, it’s not all play for Janice.  She has decades of experience in both public and private sectors and roles ranging from data entry to senior management that give her a unique perspective on what it takes to run a business, thwart potential pitfalls proactively, and build best practices, teams, and capabilities to drive success.  With a focus on Operations, Janice supports myriad aspects of business and office operations at Staines Financials’ headquarters in Roseville CA.  In this role, Janice further supports the Vice President and President with strategic implementation and driving operational discipline and processes across the company.

With over a decade of experience as a registered representative, Alex has worked in both private and public financial institutions before recently committing to becoming an an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) with Staines Financial. Alex provides financial consulting to Staines Financial clients in all aspects of their portfolios such as retirement planning, wealth management, and financial forecasting and analysis.

When Alex is not assisting clients in obtaining their financial goals, he spends time with his two beautiful daughters ages 10 and 5 and being soccer and lacrosse dad.  Alex enjoys reading and some of his favorite authors are: Stephen King, David Wingrove, R.A. Salvatore, and J.K. Rowling to name a few.  He is also an unofficial movie and Netflix aficionado.

Alexandra joins the Staines Financial Team bringing with a strong background in finance with a wealth of knowledge in forecasting and analytics. She has worked in the field for over 5 years and her inquisitive nature and attention to detail is a necessary asset in order to provide our clients with the highest level of confidence in the financial reporting we provide. Outside of work, Alexandra likes to spend as much time as she can outside and is working on restoring her first car with hopes of many more car restorations in the future.

Greg brings his background in alternative investment due diligence covering REITs, MLPs and long/short equity strategies to Staines Financial to streamline fund operations and assist with account reporting activity.  Outside of work Greg likes boxing, going to his local coffee shop to work on getting his chess ELO to 1600 and traveling to the California coast for free dive spearfishing.  Greg is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).

As a dedicated software engineering student, Harry blends his passion for technology with his love for day trading and fast cars, creating a dynamic and engaging lifestyle. Balancing academic pursuits with the excitement of the stock market, while also finding joy in vacationing and visiting new places. Outside of his personal interests, he has two wonderful children, who are the center of his world, their energy and curiosity enrich his life daily.

Harry is committed to making a positive impact at Staines Financial, taking great satisfaction in helping his clients, striving to provide them with the best solutions and support possible. His unique combination of interests and responsibilities defines him as a multifaceted individual, always eager to learn, explore, and make a difference in the lives of those around him.

Natasha Day joined the Staines Team bringing with her 15 years of finance, technology, and automation experience in the financial services field. She treats each client as a priority and is always eager to ensure every client has their needs meet.  

Tara comes to Staines Financial with a strong background as a previous front office coordinator. She graduated college with a Bachelor’s degree from Chico State University. Tara loves working with people and building lasting relationships. She is excited to bring her enthusiasm for customer service and people skills to this new environment and is looking forward to providing a high level of support to our clients and team members.

In her spare time, you can find Tara being active in hiking, snowboarding, wakeboarding (or surfing) or working out. Not to mention watching her beloved 49ers! She loves spending her personal time with her family, friends and her cat, Mr. Pickles! You will always find her with a smile on her face no matter what she is doing!”

Veronica joined Staines Financial in October of 2019.  Prior to joining, she worked in the private sector with a major focus on working and helping clients directly.  Veronica is enjoying her new position as it gives her the opportunity to work with, and learn about, the clients while scheduling their appointments.

While away from work, you'll find Veronica either outside gardening or inside watching her favorite movies.  Either one she decides to do, she'll be followed by her canine companions.

Kaleigh Borden joined the Staines Financial Client Relations team at the end of 2018. Kaleigh spent the last 6 years in this industry and takes pride in assisting her clients with a professional and helpful attitude. Her dedication, attention to detail and organizational skills are just a few of the qualities that Kaleigh brings to our team. 

When away from work, Kaleigh enjoys spending time with her 2 children and dog. They spend time doing arts, crafts, and baking.

Amber attended college at the University of Antelope Valley on a softball scholarship. While there, she was able to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Her main career goal is to build long-lasting relationships while expanding her working knowledge.

When not working, you will find Amber making memories with her fiancé and their two fur babies, Daisy and Batman. Amber has 2 sisters and 3 brothers, with one of her sisters being an identical twin (she’s 3 minutes older and doesn’t let Amber forget it). She loves being around family and also LOVES watching movies and snacking on M&Ms and popcorn.

Kaleigh Borden joined the Staines Financial Client Relations team at the end of 2018. Kaleigh spent the last 6 years in this industry and takes pride in assisting her clients with a professional and helpful attitude. Her dedication, attention to detail and organizational skills are just a few of the qualities that Kaleigh brings to our team.

Mikayla Martig joined the Staines Financial Team in 2016 as a member of the Operations Department. Prior to joining us at Staines Financial, she enjoyed playing soccer while studying Film & Digital Media Arts in San Francisco and Long Beach, California. Mikayla has loved growing with this company and deeply appreciates the connections she’s made with clients and coworkers.

In Mikayla’s off time, you can find her spending time with family or taking outdoor adventures with her fur babies.  

Brittnie considers herself a lifetime customer advocate. After spending her entire working career in customer-centric roles, she has a penchant for doing all that she can to help her clients. She has worked within the financial services industry since graduating from Sacramento State, where she earned her degree in Business Administration.

Away from work, Brittnie has been deemed the designated “grandma” of the friend group by her husband and family. She will embroider or crochet like her life depends on it. When she is not learning a new craft, you can almost guarantee that Brittnie has her face stuck in a book, drinking a strong cup of coffee with a record spinning in the background.
